Msr. Eloi began teaching in rural Haiti in 1988. He became school principal then was named overall administrator for the school, clinic, and agriculture program. During his tenure the school grew from three primary grades to pre-school, elementary, and secondary schools. He continues to consult and assist in coordination of the thirty-year partnership project between St. Marc’s in Jeannette, Haiti and the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin. Msr. Eoi has worked with students in Wisconsin and Alabama during residencies and cultural exchange programs, and has often been a speaker on his visits to the United States. He now works part-time with Singing Rooster https://singingrooster.org/about-rooster/ to train smallholder farmers in Haiti in quality improvement, small business management, and business growth, helping them produce a 30% growth in export yields.
